Return & Exchange Policy

Items returned within 30 days of purchase are eligible for a refund with a copy of original receipt, minus any cost of shipping.  The refund may be applied to the original tender of payment or in the form of an online store credit.

Items returned later than 30 days after receipt of order must receive authorization. If authorized, an online store credit may be issued for the current selling price of the Product.

Making a Return by Mail

We require that you return your item(s) in their original packaging with a copy of your packing slip or invoice.

We do not provide a prepaid return label and recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Your order number should be clearly visible on the outside of the parcel.

Please allow up to 30 days for us to receive and process your return or exchange.
